Our Administrative Law Division is fully equipped to advise and litigate in all types of administrative procedures (formerly the governmental route) and administrative litigation processes such as nullity, nullity and restoration of rights, popular and class actions, defense in repetition actions, etc., whether against national, departmental, or municipal authorities, as well as oversight bodies. Our purpose is to challenge, either in administrative or judicial venues, sanctioning administrative acts or any other type of administrative acts, in accordance with our clients’ interests, whether in disciplinary matters, fiscal liability, or administrative responsibility.
